For most storage needs standard pallet racking provides the perfect solution.
It gives you simple , versatile, compact storage. Moving goods off the
ground onto pallet racking makes use of the height in your environment. |
Runs of racking are placed back to back to enable access from both sides.
This maximises floor space, and when you use special pantograph trucks
you can store two deep. |

Drive in racking is used where high density storage is needed. It is frequently
used with highly fluctuating seasonal stock of limited stock. |
Usually a single aisle provides access to two blocks of Drive in Racking.
The trucks can then drive in to load or retrieve goods as needed. |

In some applications the trucks will need guide rails fixed to the floor. |
This system is for maximum storage and density. High rise racking is designed
to occupy all the available headroom. Pallet racking runs can be placed
close very close to each other by using specialised trucks. |

The racking is mounted on mobile bases which run on rails up and down
the storage area. The bases are power driven and are normally kept closed
leaving only one aisle open at a time to give access to the fork lift
trucks.
A system such as this needs specialised design and as such will need close
consultation with ourselves.

Extra floor storage capacity can be provided by building a simple platform
floor above the pallet racking. This type of floor will need assistance
to advise on the floor loading capacities. |
